Departing from Victoria Falls or Kasane, your safari begins with a scenic drive to Chobe, followed by a game drive through the national park and a sunset boat cruise on the Chobe River, where you’ll spot hippos, crocodiles, and elephants at the water’s edge. Spend the night in a comfortable lodge at Kwalape lodge.
The second day features a full day game drive starting early in the morning for a chance to catch predators in action, followed by a hearty breakfast before your return transfer.

Itinerary
07:00 – Hotel Pickup in Victoria Falls
Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel or lodge in Victoria Falls. Meet your guide and depart for the Kazungula Border, travelling through the scenic countryside towards Botswana.
09:00 – Arrival at Kazungula & Chobe River Boat Safari
After completing the necessary border formalities, proceed to the riverfront for your Chobe River boat safari.
Enjoy approximately three hours on the water, offering an excellent opportunity to observe wildlife from a unique perspective. Elephants can often be seen drinking and bathing along the riverbanks, while hippos, crocodiles, buffalo and numerous bird species may also be encountered.
12:00 – Lunch at Cresta Mowana Safari Resort & Spa
Return from the boat safari and enjoy lunch at Cresta Mowana, overlooking the beautiful Chobe River.
13:00 – Afternoon Game Drive in Chobe National Park
After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive inside Chobe National Park.
Explore the Chobe Riverfront in search of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, antelope and other wildlife. With luck, you may also encounter predators such as lions, leopards or African wild dogs.
Your professional guide will provide insight into the animals, their behaviour and the unique Chobe ecosystem.
16:00 – Drop-off at Travelodge or Alternative Accommodation
After the game drive, you will be transferred to Travelodge or an alternative accommodation for check-in and relaxation.
Evening – Leisure & Overnight
Enjoy the remainder of the afternoon and evening at leisure.

05:30 – Early Morning Game Drive
Wake up early and depart for an exciting game drive inside Chobe National Park. The early morning is an excellent time for wildlife viewing as animals are most active in the cooler hours of the day.
Explore the Chobe Riverfront and surrounding areas in search of elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, antelope and other wildlife. Your experienced safari guide will share insights into the park’s wildlife and ecosystem.
09:00 – Breakfast
Return to the lodge after the morning game drive and enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
10:30 – Transfer to Victoria Falls
Check out and begin your return journey to Victoria Falls, crossing back through the Kazungula Border.
12:00 – Drop-off in Victoria Falls
Arrive in Victoria Falls and enjoy a convenient drop-off at your hotel or preferred location.
